An advanced Membrane Bioreactors MBR are the best in the business with state of the art technology found in most municipal treatment facilities packaged in our transportable containerised platform. With ever increasing licencing restriction and sensitive environments the eco farmer MBR is the solution for your accommodation requirement.
Our systems are fully automated and are tuned / controlled by the level in the balance tank allowing for the chemistry to be applied and advancing or retarding the settings through the Allen Bradley HMI and PCL. Further to this all Ecofarmer hire plant have the flexibility for dial in remote telemetry access assisting site operations with vital communication in the event of alarm sequence.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES:
– Advanced Tekla structural engineering design and modelling software incorporated in all Ecofarmer models, with remote telemetry wireless 3-5g access. Making troubleshooting easy
– All inclusive service costs ensuring all requirements are covered for one price. Ie chemicals and consumables
– The highest quality process hardware fit for wastewater application
– Built in irrigation and wet weather control methodology in all our Ecofarmer models
– Integrated bunded chemical dosing system
-Full time operator support available if required pending site risk and sensitivity
